Mr. Brebner is a strategic “structuralist” and defines the development of the necessary foundations for organizations to succeed. Mr. Brebner’s ability to discern the structural solution to complex problems provides the catalyst and support structure to bolster any value creating strategy.


Mr. Brebner advises on corporate structures, processes, systems, markets, investment decisions, financial reporting, financing and their integration.


Selected as one of London’s Top 20 under 40, Mr. Brebner is active within both the business and charitable communities. Mr. Brebner is currently involved as the treasurer of the operating and foudnation boards and executive committee of The Grand Theatre (London, Canada), a member of the Canadian Advisory Committee to Neuchatel Junior College, the chair of the NJC Fund (the Neuchatel Junior College foundation), and a director of The Shoebox Project.


Dr Romola Pochuck holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has worked with culture and organizations for over 20 years.  In addition to adding incisive strategic change management support for labor transition, restructuring, mergers and succession, she has worked with complex organizational dynamics and mediation.  A foundational underpinning is her work with helping create healthy workplace culture and help develop leadership skills and emotional intelligence. 


Romola believes in people being “whole people” and work, and believes that creating healthy work spaces invites people to engage in their most inspired selves. Romola realized, through her clinical background, that there are systemic issues plaguing the day to day lives of people. When we make our work spaces congruent to our most inspired selves, more and better work gets done, creating happier, healthier people, and thriving businesses. 


As the Director of Human Capital for Magnus Associates, Dr Porchuck is recognized as one of North America’s leaders in organizational dynamics.  Dr. Porchuk brings with her over 20 years of experience addressing the human resource and human capital needs of clients.


Dr. Romola has developed an innovative methodology for change management and optimization of organizational structures and strategies. She holds a doctorate in both clinical and organizational psychology. As a management consultant, Dr Porchuck has helped organizations with people strategy that is based in creating shared core values, healthy culture, emotional intelligence, innovative empowerment and compensation strategy, and team building including creation of mentor/leader cultures that are embedded throughout the organizations.  Dr Porchuck has worked with organizations through talent acquisition, succession planning and developed unique methodology for evaluation, knowledge transfer and exit processes.
